Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
We are a male same sex couple who want to have a pre-nuptual agreement. We are in Texas but will get married in Iowa. Do we make out the form for Iowa or Texas? Also, can I change the wording of the agreement for a same sex couple? How?

In Texas, you aren't married. It doesn't matter if you have a pre-nuptial agreement. It doesn't matter if you have a license from another state. In Texas, you aren't married.
