If a man cheat and moves in with the woman he cheat with and leave his wife and his home when he ask for a divorce can he get half of everything that was in the house and the house if his name is on it

You need to talk to an attorney in your county.

Basically the answer is,,,yes.

You might get a 60/40 split but you will need an attorney to assist you in building a case to ask a judge to get that much.
