the man I met never went very far but we do have a daughter that he has not paid child support or visited often enough to raise her but i could get around the system to get child support being he is millitary. i raised my daughter by myself. now he come in her life wanting to get to know her and showers her with gifts and now my child doesnt want ot come home she is 11.5 yrs old and her dad wants to keep her. I want her back but I was told because i never put anything i writting he has rights to her too. please anyone help me find the right road.

Call the Texas Attorney General and tell them you need to get child support set up. They'll do it for free. Then go get your daughter and bring her home. He does not have the right to yank her away from school or her home.
If you have any money, you would be better off hiring an attorney to do this for you. A private attorney will work much faster than the AG and get some temporary orders put in place real quick to prevent him from just coming over to grab your child whenever he wants. He is trying to get her to live with him to avoid child support. Stop this now. You will win your case, but you need to stay on top of things.
