Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am the managing conservetor of my two children, one seventeen one 14. The seventeen year old is refusing to come home from his visitation with the ex. (no rules over there), he will be eighteen in 5 mo. The other child came home. It will cost alot of money to enforce the standing order for return of the children, is there another way to enforce an order without involving expensive lawyers, we spent 2500 last year to modify, the ex is still on probation for orginal orders of contempt

Based on what you have written, it appears that if you want to enforce the terms of the current court order then you will have to go to court again. You should probably consult with a law firm on how much the costs may be for such an enforcment action. If my law firm can assist you with this legal issue, please conatact us at [email protected] to arrange for an initial consultation.
