Marital Settlement Agreement
What is the Repsondent refuses to sign the agreement. Can I still file for an divorce? I have downloaded ''Petition for Divorce'' no children. We have already separated our property.

Warning!
Many of the internet Texas divorce documents available on line won't work. There is someone that "guarantees" his forms but when you try to get your money back he won't return your calls.
BE CAREFUL! Sometimes it costs more money when you try to do things the cheapest way!
You need paperwork designed for The State of Texas.
If there are no kids and no property, I offer a Do It Yourself Kit for $150. It will only work if the spouse will sign.
If he/she refuses to cooperate, then you need to serve her with paperwork. Call me for a price quote.
