Thank you for the reply.

In the Decree there is no time line for payment. As far as paying back. I have never received a bill from the Dental Office or my ex. I refuse to just hand over money because she says so.

We both agreed to pay half of all medical bills and I have no problem with that I just cant go off her word.

There is nothing in court yet as far as I know other than being served the papers.

I am not sure what i counter sue for?

Unfortunately, I don't have the entire thread (your question, my answer).

I assume that your ORDER required her to send you some kind of documentation (the medical/dental bills).

You should really hire a lawyer. I have an agreement with my mechanic: I don't work on my Chrysler; he doesn't do his own divorces.
