He had our marriage annuled ive been living in the house ...now i found out hes selling the house to our neighbors and they want me out by saturday ...do i have to l move out? Ive lived here for 9 years

If you are living there only a judge can evict you.

Feel free to call your local policing agencies - police, constable or sheriff and ask their policy regarding this matter.

Hopefully you have some proof that this is your home - like your TX driver's license, utility bill, or magazine.
