Marriage Consummation and the Law

I want to know if there is a law about unconsummated marriages in TX. The parties have been married for 15 months and lived apart the entire time save for a week and never consummated the marriage. Can it be dissolved easily and is there anything on the TX law books about that?

Annulment is in the family code somewhere and you can there find the requirements.
