Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Marriage license
My husband was on probation in San antonio, Texas. It will be done by september of this year, however we want to get a marriage license in Houston, TX now. Is there will be any problem for him?? our first child will be born in March so we want to be legal marriage .

Being on probation is not an impediment to getting a marriage certificate. He should make sure that he has a pass from his probation officer to be out-of-county.
