Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

New Marriage

I am in the military and I am marrying a girl who is divorced with 2 kids by someone else in the military. Well here is my dilemma...Her parents do not want her marrying me since I am in the military. She will be moving here with me to Texas from Kentucky. Well her parents are telling her that if she doesnt take her kids to their doctors appointments in Kentucky that they are going to file child neglect charges against her. If she moves here and marries me can she get new doctors appointments here without worrying about having neglect charges brought against her? We have numerous medical facilities available to us in the military and if the services arent available at a military facility they will send her to a civilian doctor in the area. Pleas help....

It is an empty threat. Of course her children can see doctors in Texas.
