Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
marriage
reside in a rent house. Wife asked me to leave and changed the locks. refuses to return non-community proerty including my son's (from first marriage) personal belongings. Am I still obligated to pay any of the rent rent? Both names on lease.

Your obligation is to the landlord to pay rent. Your wife has nothing to do with it. You might want to get a Temporary Restraining Order to prevent her from exercising control over your property. Good Luck.
