Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Marriage between two Different State

I live in Texas and my fiancee lives in Alabama. He is the father of our two children. He has custody of one I the other. I am planning to move there with the child that lives with me within 6 months.

Are there any restriction's? What are the rules?

Please advise.
