Based on what you have written, you will have to establish residency in Texas so to be eligible to file for a divorce. Upon obtaining residency, then a petition for divorce will have to be filed with the district clerk. Then there are a multitude of options available dependent upon your specific situation. You should consider counsulting with a local law firm to ensure that you are fully protecting your rights and interests.
