I was married in algeria, I need a divorce, we have assets, kids and he is willing to sign where do I start??

File a divorce petition. The filing fee will be about $350.00. Have Dad sign a waiver of service. Wait 60 days. Draft an agreed decree. You and Dad both sign the decree. Go to the Courthouse and do a "prove-up" and get the Judge to sign the decree.
