i have been married to a disabled ambulatory man for 23yrs. i got unemployed as of may2010 and now attending school in san antonio he said he would give moral support now he is denying now he wants to leave out in the streets he is getting me for abandonment

In Texas, a person can get divorced if they want a divorce.

The good news for you is that "abandonment" is just not a big deal.

You need to talk to a family law attorney in your county.
