Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

what do i do??

I have been married before and never got a divorce from my husband,had 2 children by him. We separated and I went into another relationship for almost 6 years. I had 2 children with the second one. He's had the 2 that we had together since the summer. Now he's gotten married and their trying to keep the kids from me, I have to call to see if it will be ok to see them and set up meetings with them. She typed up paper work on child custody. And say's that i can't keep the on the weekends until I sign them, becuase there afraid I might run with them. There are no documents from any judge or courtroom for custody. what is my rights as a mother and what do i do??

First, if you are married to your first husband when you had the two children by your boyfriend there is a legal presumption that the second two belong to your husband. Therefore, your boyfriend does not have any rights to the children. You will need a lawyer to sort out this mess in court. Call us if you are in the Houston area we can help.
