Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I married my husband a few months after he was deported and reeentered illegally after being deported. I am now wanting a divorce was this a legal marriage without US ID? We have two kids who were both born after he reentered illegally. We got married at the Justice of the Peace and have a marriage license. What can I do?

File for divorce. If you can't find Dad, you can serve him by publication.
