Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i married my husband 5 years ago but have been separated for over 2 years.

recently i found out that he was only legally separated from his first wife in mexico

but i dont know if its even true because he went back to mexico.

he was paying child support for our 2 kids..i talked to the child support office and explained what happen but all they told me was that there was nothing that could be done.

i dont know what to do or who to talk with...please help

You should file for divorce. If you don't know where your husband is, you may have to serve him by publication.

It's very difficult to collect child support from someone who lives in Mexico.
