Married in India, need divorce from US
I've been married for 3 years now, but we have lived together for 3 months. For the last 2 years I am residing in Houston Texas and my spouse is in India. This would be through mutual consent.Would you be able to recommend some good lawyers here OR where can I find the entire procedure. Thank you.

The entire procedure can be found in you local library. Any good treatise on family law, the Texas Family Code, Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Local Rules of Court. Good Luck.
