Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

We were married June 22 of 2014. Since the wedding, my husband walked out on his job and now assists his drunk uncle installing carpets. Since the change, he refuses to help pay his parts completely. Instead, he uses his money for his own habbits and hobbies and I am left footing the bills. We have had several discussions about the issue, and he still refuses. Do I have grounds for marriage annulment? If I do, what can I do about our house?

You can read the TX Family Code for annulments. I believe you just need a divorce. I would talk to an attorney in your area - look on this website and on www.avvo.com.
