if i am getting married to a man who lives out of state and i am the custodial parent of my child can me and my child legally move to that state?

You can. If your decree has a geographical restriction, however, you have to honor that restriction as to the residence of the child. Most restrictions will stop you from the moving the child, if the other parent still resides in the county or a contiguous county. If you are restricted, your alternative is to petition the court to lift the restriction; or modify the custody.
