Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I got married to a man while under severe depression due to the loss of my first son through a series of naive decisions. This person and I spent a Total of 168 hrs "maybe" before and during this relationship, including getting married. He promised to take care of the annulment arrangements due to the hasty marriage decision. This took place around 4/2000. With my state of mind, I thought it was taken care of. Recently, I have been socializing in an old stomping ground and run across this person which has assumed a domineering role stating that I was still his wife.It has been nearly 10 yrs. since any last contact and now he is acting like we've been together all long. I would like to try and regain my life. Is there any help?
