Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

married two months

i have been married for just barely two months. we were married in oklahoma, he got a transfer to fort worth with his job. Of course i went with him, but had to quit my job of nearly 7 years, get papers signed to take my children from a previous marriage out of state, give up my insurance and take on his, sell most everything i own or give it away b--name removed--we each had homes with furniture that we didn't need double of, and pull my kids away from there school, friends, father, and family in order to be with my new husband. Out of the blue he decided he does not want to do the ''family'' thing. Apparently now, suddenly, he is not happy playing step dad and wants to have the marriage ended.

So, here i am unemployed. I gave up a job making about $45,000 a year and cannot find anything comparable in income level (the closest is about $22,000 a year). Once we divorce i will have no health insurance and neither will my children once the divorce in final. Their father's company offers insurance at a ridiculous amount. I am in another state, no job, no furniture, soon to be no insurance for myself and children...basically stuck. He says he won't help me financially to get back to Oklahoma. What can i do?i have nothing when he goes.

Re: married two months

File for divorce in Tarrant County, and ask for attorney fees and temporary spousal support.
