Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Been married for 6 months.

Been married for 6 months, have found out my husband was married 2 other times before me, making me #5. I ask the question to him repeatedly, How many times have you been married. Continued to lie to me about the other one right before me, can i file for and annulment,or a divorce, w/ Alimony? Becuase I quite my job, and moved where he lives, with mu 8 yr. old daughter, which had a hard time at first adjusting to the move, now she likes it there, and I now find out about this previous marriage. Plus, the house we live in, is in her name. All lies made to me. What can I do? Can I get alimony,, if I right now file for a divorce? What am I entiltled to?

A creative attorney may be able to get some amount of damages/child support for you. But any attorney would probably have to research this and that would coast something just to find out what your chances would be. But I think you could get the marriage terminated and probably annuled based on the lies.
