Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Can a married mother moves states with her child and not inform the father? My friends and his wife are separated and she is living in a different state then him with her girlfriend. She is now planning on move to another state and not inform him. The have not gone to court for custody or a divorce yet. And he IS on the birth certificate so he has co custody. can she move without telling him?

I have no idea what you mean by co-custody. There is no such thing in Texas.
