Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I was married to my 2nd husband for a period of 2 years and lived under his name for this duration(2 yrs) in the state of texas upon my 2nd divorce, my question is, can I go back and assume my former married name?

Yes. Make sure that your divorce decree has a sentence that says "The Petitioner's name is changed to LAURA JEAN FOSTER."

And then make sure that you get a certified copy of your decree that you can show to the folks at the driver's license bureau (and the social security office).
