if i married someone who is already married how do i remove the marriage from my record

This happens all the time. You need to file for an annulment or a divorce. If the other marriage ends, then your marriage becomes valid -- if it's in 5 days or 50 years.
You need to talk to a family law attorney about ending this marriage.
You cannot "erase" the marriage from your record. You got married. The marriage might be "void" but you did take out a marriage license and that fact cannot be "removed".
