Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I married in Texas and have been separated for 1 yr. can I divorce my husband without him agreeing to it? I have moved out of the country and I left him because I was afraid, he drinks excessively. we have an 18 month old daughter and he pays about 64.00 in child support but has said he won't pay for awhile because he has to attend a wedding in San Francisco and has to pay $200.00 for a tuxedo.

You can get a divorce without him agreeing to ANYTHING. It happens all the time.
