Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Need help
Ive been married going on twenty years, ive been separeted for one year.My husband got himself a lawyer, he used to pay $500 a month chieldsupport, my son has ADHD and i cant find a job. My husband stoped paying chield support. He is wrelly pushing for me to sign the papers,waifers etc. wich i dont even know what they mean.Im from germany and i dont have the money to get a lawer. He works for the Union Pacific RR. I tried to contact the retirement bord to see if there is a difference between being married 19years or twenty years.Ive never got an answer. I dont know what to do. I got no money, and live day by day. What can I do? Maby there is someone out there who can help me..

The Waiver of Service means that he can put anything in the divorce decree - including making you pay him child support or whatever.

Try Gulf Coast Legal or Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program for a free attorney.

You need temporary orders to get $$ started again.
