Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i'm married my wife is having an affair and now she's pregnant she say it's his but it could be mine. Can we get a divorce or do we have to wait till the child is born and determine paternity then.

You can FILE for divorce now, but the court won't give you a final hearing until after the child is born.

Go ahead and plan on paying for a trio of DNA tests (you, mom, and the infant) - it will run you around $700.
