Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am still married to my wife. We have a son together. We live in Plano. I am a US citizen and my wife is a resident alien. My wife took my son with her several time to see her family in Singapore. While there his grandfather molested him twice. I found out about it and I told my wife. She promised that will discuss with her father and we left it at that. She wants to take my son again next summer. I am worried and want to ask her not to take him. she is not easy to talk to. What are my options outside of divorcing her for this.

If she is subjecting your son to a situation where he is in danger, that is a felony. If you allow her to do this, you are also committing a felony.

Somehow, you must make sure that your son doesn't go to Singapore anymore.
