I have been married for 1 year and my husband does not want to pay for child support

In Texas, both parents are required to support their children.

It does not matter what he wants, if a judge orders him to pay child support, he will have to pay child support.

It's not dischargeable by bankruptcy. There is 6% interest. It will ruin his credit. It becomes part of his estate if he dies. If he does not pay it - it will come out of his Social Security payments when he retires.
