Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I married 15 years ago and have had no contact with the man for over 12 years. I don't have his social, no clue where he resides etc. What are the steps for divorcing him?

File the petition and serve him by publication. He can't keep you from divorcing him by vanishing.
