Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have been married for 2 1/5 years. I have a 403B, 401K and Roth IR that I contributed to in the past. I have not contributed to it in the past year. If we were to divorce, would he be eligible to any of that money?

Maybe, you said you put in nothing in the past year, but what about the other 1 1/2 years. This is part of your entire property division. You should talk to a good family law attorney.
