Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

We have been married for 7 years but we have been together for 10. Before we were legally married we bought a house together (we did not have a common law marriage before the house). His credit was a mess so the house is under my name alone. He has paid for it all of this time though. Under Texas law, do we split the house or is it legally mine?

The house is your separate property, but the payments were (ostensibly) made out of community funds, so he has a "community interest" in the house. Any good divorce lawyer can work the math for you.
