after marring, how long after can you get an anoulment.

i just recently got married by the justice of peace in oct. and things are not going too well right now and just wondering how long do i have to file for an anoulment rather than getting a divorce.

Annulments are limited in Texas. You have to have grounds - such as bigamy, being drunk or stoned when you married, etc.

If you don't qualify, then you just need to file for divorce. If there are no kids and no property, I offer a Do It Yourself Divorce Kit For $195. A divorce has a 60 day waiting period before it can be finalized.
