Annulments are limited in Texas. You have to have grounds - such as bigamy, being drunk or stoned when you married, etc.
If you don't qualify, then you just need to file for divorce. If there are no kids and no property, I offer a Do It Yourself Divorce Kit For $195. A divorce has a 60 day waiting period before it can be finalized.
Good luck!
