marry living sperated and want to open business

my husband of 2 years live with another woman he keep telling me the divorce paper is in the mail. I want to open my own businesss and don't care about--name removed--divorce right now my business is own my mind, my husband being staying with this lady every since 08-05-2006 so can he claim any earnings from my business we don't have children together and i want to get on with my life. my son got killed and i want to open--name removed--business so i can make money to hire people to find his killer. Thanks

Maybe your husband is not telling you the truth about the divorce papers. Ask him where they are filed. If you don't get a specific answer, you probably need to file on your own.
