Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

if I marry a man and he has bought a house with the previous wife. And they were divorced and in the divorce decree it stated that she had no obligation to the house and he took over the mortgage and she the car. But her name is still on the mortage and the deed does she still have rights to the house

The deed should have been changed when they divorced. Nothing can make the mortgage company take her name off the mortgage. Assuming the divorce was done correctly she should have no rights except possibly to redeem the mortgage if your husband doesn't pay it.
