Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Master's Recommendation Not Incorporated in Order

Master ordered Mother have no contact w perp if desiring to get custody of children. Written in Recommendation. Grandparent attorney failed failed to include in order which was subsequently signed by Judge. (wrote "contact allowed for collection of support only") Order entered more than 1 year ago. Mother continues to have contact w Perp & case is set for trial. Can this be corrected? What effect is it likely to have? Any case law available?
