Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Materially and substantially changed?

My ex-husband and I filed an Agreed Order in Suit to Modify Child Relationship on October 17, 2005. I agreed to forgive back child support of $1,200. and lower his child support by $300. a month to allow him to establish his residency and job due to him relocating to be closer to the kids. Will the courts agree that there has been a change for me to take him back to court to get what the allowed child support amount is since he has been employed and a residence in my county for a year now, showing he is established? Please help!

Re: Materially and substantially changed?

You can ask for a modification of the child support because of his increase in earnings. This can be done every 6 months.
