Does it matter were I get divorced?

I am Currently in the military deployed to Iraq. I was married in New Hampashire but I am staioned in Texas. Can I get divorced in Texas? Would we fall under Texas divorce law or New Hampshire divorce law.

You can obtain a divorce in Texas if you have maintained a residence in Texas for six months or have been stationed in Texas for six months.
