Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
mediation
what was abreed upon in mediation, was toally changed in final decree. Can I refuse to sign it and take her back to court/or mediation? Or is it final what was done in mediation? I think my attorney may have misunderstood what happened in mediation?

Re: mediation
You have an attorney. This needs to be something the two of you discuss. The attorneys normally have a pretty good idea of what was agreed to at the mediation and can compare that to the proposed decree. It's usually the clients who have problems or want to change things later.
