mediation

Can one attorney submit negative information to the mediator regarding the other party, days prior to mediation?

Is any other information suppose to be forward to the mediator prior to medation, besides the proposed decree and questinnaire? If that.

Either side can submit whatever information they like to the mediator. How much the mediator wants to know prior to the start of the mediation depends on the complexity of the case and the mediator's preferences. If you are going to mediation you really should have an attorney. If you have one you should be asking him or her these questions. If you don't, feel free to call my office to set up a consultation.
