mediation before depo?
is it possible in a divorce case to have petitioner give depo, a week later try to mediate with no resolved and then a week later issue an order for petitioner to give depo? is this the usual order of things? can it even happen this way?

Depostitions and mediations are two entirely separate things. If you are involved in a divorce complex enough to require depositions, you need an attorney. If you have one, ask him or her to explain things to you. If you don't have one, find one!
