Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

What happens after mediation issues are ressolved !!

Recently issues between spouse and I were ressolved at mediation. I have been trying for 9 mo. to settle. Now that agreement is signed and decree is being typed;what would take place if spouse changed their mind and wouldn't sign. What reccomendation can you give if my attourney is out of town for 2 months and I filed for divorce. Spouse attourney is writing up decree. I would like this settled as soon as possible, PLEASE give me some advice.Thank You

I do not know your situation well, but this may help.

If either party changes their mind, the other side may

file a motion to enforce the mediation agreement. Also,

if you have an atty that is traveling they usually make

arrangements for someone to cover for them in their

absence or they make arrangements to receive information

on the road. I would think your atty will also do this.
