Re: Medical Bills for Child Birth

Based on what you have written, biological parents are responsible for supporting thier children. The biological mother can possibily bring an action against you for medical expenses associated with the birth of the child, the child's medical and health care expenses and/or child support. You should consider retaining a local family law firm to protect your interests and rights. If my local family law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my paralegal Tina ([email protected]) to arrange for an initial consultation.

Re: Medical Bills for Child Birth

The Texas Family Code provides that the Court can make you responsible for a portion of the nonreimbursed medical expenses associated with the birth of the child. The Court can also order retroactive child support back to the birth of the child. I am a board certifierd specialist in the field of family law and can assist you with this matter. You should definitely hire an attorney to represent you in this matter. If you are interested in visiting more about this matter, please contact me directly at [email protected]
