medical coverage

my daughter needed eyeglasses and now her father refuses to pay claiming that in the custody agreement he is responsible for 50% of medical expenses but vision is never mentioned. I say that vision is covered under medical. Who is right?

Vision is often covered in the provision discussing

unreimbursed medical expenses, however I would have

to see your decree. If the dollar amount is significant

enough, file a petition to enforce and let him run

it by the court.
