Medical Expenses

I am the non custodial parent of my 11 year old daughter. My ex has decided that it is absolutely necessary she get braces. Do I have to pay for half? Its cosmetic.

Generally, the courts have found in the Harris County courts that braces are a necessary expense.

Therefore, you would be responsible for 50%. Call the ortho. and set up a payment plan.
