Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Medical Insurance Information

JMC in Texas with me as parent child lives with. X is to provide insurance, X has wife carry policy he is not on policy. Insurance company will not release information regarding coverage or status of claims to me unless they receive letter due to HIPPA laws. Standard TX language in decree regarding my ability to file claims etc. Enforcement of decree against X will not work due to his not being on policy. What do I file and which court to have new wife write letter?

Re: Medical Insurance Information

Write the letter for her signature and include a self addressed stamped envelope. Send a cover letter, nice and courteous and ask for her help. If she does not sign, send a letter to your x stating that you tried to get insurance info and were denied and that you will take him to court in ten days if he does not comply.
