Medical reimbursement

I am divorced and my ex refuses to pay his half of our daughters medical bills. Can I take him to court without hiring an attorney? I recently lost my job and do not have the money. He owes me $800.

If you hire an attorney, the attorney can ask the judge to order your ex to pay some of your legal fees.

You can DIY, if you know what to file and how to file it and can prove up your evidence. Enforcements are not easy to do yourself. Call me, I'll work with you.
